Designer light switches made of fine wood
This intuitive wall switch from smattex combines modern smart home design with natural elegance. Four different wood types are available: oak, maple, cherry, and walnut. The wooden surface is finished with a robust varnish that makes the light switch resistant to dirt and can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth. The light switch floats on the wall at a distance of just 2 cm. This prevents the typical finger marks left on the wall next to the light switch and ensures a sophisticated design.

With laser-engraved icons and optional text, you can perfectly customize your light switch to your needs. A wide selection of icons is available to allow guests and children to intuitively control your home. If you can't find the right icon, please contact our support team, and we'll be happy to create additional icons upon request.
Matter over Thread and 12 different functionality options
The heart of the wall switch is Insta's powerful, CSA-certified Matter-over-Thread push-button module. Like all Matter devices, it can be paired with up to five Matter controllers simultaneously. The four buttons can each be individually configured with three functions: short click, double click, and long click. Music, lighting, garden functions – everything can be flexibly controlled with the touch of a button.
Flexible mounting options
The light switch comes with a universal wall mount. This can either be mounted flush with an existing flush-mounted box to conceal the wiring. Alternatively, you can glue or screw the wall mount to any location in your home or garden.
If the intended use of your light switch changes, you can reorder and replace the individually created wooden front from us as a separate spare part .

The Thread's range of up to 200 meters in a clear line of sight ensures reliable access to your smart home devices – even in larger homes or outdoor areas. The remote boasts a battery life of 3 to 6 years, so you can rely on long-lasting functionality.
