The Bosch Smart Home motion detector ensures reliable and precise motion detection in your home. Thanks to advanced infrared and temperature sensors, it detects people based on body heat and height, while ignoring pets weighing up to 25 kg. This effectively prevents false alarms.

As part of the Bosch Smart Home alarm system, the motion detector offers double security: It can detect unusual movements and automatically triggers an audible and visible alarm if necessary – for example, via a connected siren or smoke detector. At the same time, you'll be notified in real time via the Bosch Smart Home app, allowing you to respond immediately.

Automatic light control for more comfort

In addition to its security function, the smart motion detector also controls your lighting. When motion is detected, it turns on connected lamps or smart lights, providing better orientation in dark rooms. The light sensitivity can be individually adjusted so that the motion light optimally adapts to the ambient brightness.

Durable and reliable

Thanks to its energy-efficient design, the included 3V (123A) lithium battery lasts up to five years. The motion detector also features a second battery compartment, allowing for uninterrupted use. Even in the event of tampering attempts, the device remains functional and triggers an alarm.

Easy installation and flexible use

Installing the Bosch Smart Home motion detector is incredibly easy: You can mount it either with screws or with the included adhesive mount. Setup is done via the Bosch Smart Home app, which guides you step by step through the process. The discreet, unobtrusive design blends seamlessly into any home environment.

Maximum compatibility

The motion detector can be integrated into Apple HomeKit, allowing it to be combined with other compatible devices. However, please note that operation is only possible in conjunction with the Bosch Smart Home Controller.
